The Oxford Visitors Bureau would like to THANK ALL who participated in the contest. All did a wonderful job and were very creative. It was a tough decision picking the winners. Oxford Real Estate placed FIRST. Dr. Doug Hoover placed SECOND. Ace hardware placed THIRD.
